My Tuesday!

It seems that a day is not enough  for me. Imagine, I am jobless but always have tasks and jobs all the time. I do most of the household chores from cooking to laundry, gardening, folding clothes, partly cleaning, grocery shopping, running errands, etcetera! I have to accept this  fact and I am happy about it.

Some people might say that they always get bored but not me. I always find things to do especially when I am at home. Today, I did some grocery shopping and ran errands too. I need to drive arounds 15 minutes to go to the next town to do grocery  shopping. This is the advantage of having a driver's license, if not I can't really do it.  My driver's license  cost  a lot of money but it is all paid up now. I am thankful that I got one.

After going to the bank to pay some bills and printed the bank account statement, I also have some paper and documents  xerox copied. I needed  it to submit to our health insurance company. I went to two grocery shops to buy all the things we needed  for the week. Sometimes, I go to the next town  twice a week to go grocery shopping and other stuffs  I forgot to buy.
It was around 1:00 PM when my stomach complained and asked to be feed. I landed in Mc Donald because it is located near the grocery store. I am trying to going to  fastfood chains like Mcdonald but sometimes, when it is needed, I go there. I only order most of the time a snack wrap and apple pie. When I am about to get another cup of coke light, I spotted a bag on one of the table. I always take a look on it, waiting for the owner. After some minutes, I saw a woman running inside the McDonald building and I can see in her face that she was so happy after seeing her bag. I believed she is the right owner and I am happy for her to have her bag again.

I also checked my lottery numbers but sad to say, it did not made it to the winners...sigh! At least I am trying my luck once in a while.

After all the errands and tasks I did today, I am quite happy and contented about it. I always makes me feel good when I accomplished some things during the day and night. Goodnight for now and have a nice week!

Karaoke Singing at the Party

I am quite sad that some good friends left already. I have to accept the fact that life is like that. People come and go in our lives. What are left now are the memories and photos from the past. I was browsing some old pictures taken during the past parties I had with friends.

Of course everytime there is a party, karaoke singing is always present. I wish there is somebody who can play guitar in the next parties. I would love to also recommend a good left handed acoustic guitar at musicians friend. Anybody looking for this kind of guitar out there? I have some good friends who are musicians and can really play guitars. The are members of a band in my home country. I hope to see them again once I  go for a vacation there.

For now we will just enjoy our karaoke singing everytime there is a party. OOpps..another party is coming this Sunday!

The City Hall of Gyor, Hungary

It is almost two years now since I visited Hungary.  I and a friend went there with a group of German tourist from Germany. One of the places we visited is Gyor, written in Hungarian as Győr.

The City Hall of Gyor is a beautiful Neoclassical building across the street from the railway station. Its square was recently rebuilt in September 2008 with paving stones of Italian marble. There are also two identical baroque gardens in the square. It is best to visit City Hall at night, when everything is lit up in gold lights. 

This city is actually not included in our tour. I am glad that our hotel is  located  near  the City  Hall. It might not be the best hotel but with that cheap trip we booked in Hungary, I don't want to complain anymore.  Besides  I had an enjoyable trip with my friend Jean  to those places. It was indeed a very memorable trip!

Need to Print Labels

This is one thing I am planning to do. I wanted to organize many things especially in my working room which is also my computer room and my little library. I have a collection of books and magazines including travel books and guides. I also collect postcards from the countries I visited in the past. I believed I need a sort of a label printing online to slowly organize all my stuffs by labeling it. I already found a cheap printing at ZooPrinting.com. I have to think first the style and the color of the labels that will fit my working room.

Monday Etcetera!

We are entering again another week of the month. It seems that July is almost ending. I am not in a hurry  but it seems that times truly pass-by so quickly now.

I hope you are having a wonderful Monday! I  am glad  inspite of being busy the whole day today. I  am trying to do some clean-up. I made a mess around the house and I must clean it too. I am not done yet and hope to finish everything before my big day! yay!

Finally Done with the Walling in our Patio

Another project is finally done again. We saw last time a clear plastic walling for our double purpose garage/patio which are on sale. Hubby decided to go to the store while I was away on vacation the other week. He also window shopped for industrial rubber hoses for our garden. He is planning to buy one since it is difficult to water the plants and flowers in our garden especially in this very hot summer season.

Trip to 3 European Countries is Over

How's everyone doing? I hope you are all doing great! It seems that I was away here for some weeks. I am  back because my recent trip is finally over! That was so far another wonderful trip in Europe.  We visited three countries including France, Andorra  and  Spain.

I still feel until now I am still having a so-called buslag (not jetlag since we did not take the plane for that trip). It was a bus trip and so far was truly a memorable one. We visited  many places in these  3 countries. I gathered again so many experiences, met nice persons, learned about the  countries'  people, culture, traditions and historical facts.

Lourdes is a small market town lying in the foothills of the Pyrenees, famous for the Marian apparitions of Our Lady of Lourdes said to have occurred in 1858 to Bernadette Soubirous. At that time, the most prominent feature of the town was the fortified castle that rises up from a rocky escarpment at its centre.

I have so many things to share but sometimes time is just not enough. Besides with the many offline jobs that are also waiting to be done
, my time is just not enough to go more often online.

I wish to share some of many of my experiences from my recent trip in Andorra, Spain and France. These are so far wonderful countries to visit in Europe with many things to offer to its guests and visitors.
