Monday Etcetera!

We are entering again another week of the month. It seems that July is almost ending. I am not in a hurry  but it seems that times truly pass-by so quickly now.

I hope you are having a wonderful Monday! I  am glad  inspite of being busy the whole day today. I  am trying to do some clean-up. I made a mess around the house and I must clean it too. I am not done yet and hope to finish everything before my big day! yay!


I did some cooking too this noon time. I prepared my favorite recipe called "Pinakbet", a mixture of different vegetables like squash, beans and eggplant. It was yummy indeed and my friends love it too.

At around 3:00 in the afternoon a friend called me that she is coming at 3:30 PM so that we can drive to pick up her car.  We ate first and after that we drove to Kümmersbruck  to pick up my friends car.

The weather was so hot today with temperature up to 33 degrees celsius. I am glad that inside our home is quite cool. We have an old stone house and  you feel like you are in an airconditioned room when inside our home.

It was quite a busy day and I am glad that I got again a busy Monday!
