Save your Money by Saving Energy

Three years ago, we are paying around 220 euros for our monthly electric bill. That is around $290 every month. Last 2005, my husband built a small fireplace inside the house. All our heater in the house are run by electric. We are still using it now but seldom. Most heaters are already shut down especially in the first floor because we are already using our wooden fireplace which give enough warm . Last 2006 we were surprised because we had a savings of almost 1,500 euros which was returned to our account. We are very happy because now we are only paying 130 euros every month. Me and my husband still find some ways to save our power. I know some of our bulbs are energy saving ones. I am not sure if we are using led light bulbs because I just read that it save more power and energy compared to normal incandescent bulbs. Thanks to the info given by Green and More. Me and my husband are working hand-in-hand to save everything in the house. Saving energy also means saving our environment and your money too!! how about you?

Visit to Gut Aiderbichl in Austria

the shop inside the animal kingdom!! this was taken in Gut Aiderbichl in Austria last Nov. 23, 2008. We also visited Salzburg after this place and witness their Christmas market there. I had a lot of fun here with a friend..just google this place and you find it!!

My Sister's Home Theater Seating

I was surprised by my sister's home theater seating in Las Vegas. It is huge and with motion recliner features. I was more surprised when she told me how much it cost. Three thousand dollars as in $3,000.00!!! What!! I told her that with this money you can already have a small business back home. Today I found out in Star Gate Cinema that they have very cheap home theater seating. For as low as $1,500.00, you can already have a nice and comfortable ones. I guess my sister also needs home theater sconces to make their living room more attractive and beautiful. I even helped her last time in decorating it a bit. I hope that my sister will be a wise buyer and consumer with all the crisis happening around. Good night to all!! see you again tomorrow!!

Dae Loy, thanks a lot for everything!! Finally I met you again after your invitation since last year to visit UK. Dae Loy is holding her beloved babies Bacon and Chez in this photo taken at Birmingham International airport . I had a great time when you showed me places like Stratford upon Avon (the home of Shakespeare), Birmingham City, London City, Warwick castle, Manchester, Cadbury Chocolate factory and most of all your Northfield home!! You're great!! Dae Loloy have been my partner in lakwatsa (escapades) in Austria and Germany last year! At least Loy, naabtan pa nako ang imong birthday foods like dinuguan, pancit, papait nga di pait pero lami, cakes and a lot more!! Thanks a lot for letting me stay in your place!! I also enjoy watching sometimes your Pinoy telenovela in TFC. keep up the great job always!! let me know when are you visiting Germany and your also welcome in our home!! It's the first day of December now. I believed nobody can stop the coming of the great celebration. But before that, I would like to give thanks to my good friends in UK during my visit there from Oct. 27- Nov. 17, 2008. Sorry friends for the late appreciation. I still believed in the saying "better Late Than Never"..I have been very busy with my offline and online life as usual. I really appreciate all your time and effort in showing me the beauty of England. I was greatly fascinated by the beauty of the country. Thanks a lot from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate everything!! What else can I say more!! A million thanks to all of you; Loloy or Rolly from Birmingham, Ros from Harrogate and the very sweet couple Rey and Joy from London. You're great guys, I really had a great stay in your homes!! God bless to all of you!! If ever you are coming to Germany, you are all very welcome to stay in our humble abode!!

the very sweet couple Rey and Joy...sorry guys, grabbed your pix in friendster..I know you have been very busy during my stay there but still you had spent time in showing me the beauty of London and other places there especially the Windsor castle, Lord's mayor parade in London and some places in London. It was really exciting!! I found a home in your place!! Thanks Joy for the "Brazo de Mercedes" (sakto ba ni spelling nako)...It was very yummy and one of my favorites back home..I also remember the fresh fish you bought in Canary Wharf which I ate during my first night!! love fishes!! Christmas is Almost Here

How's everyone? how was your weekend? I had a great weekend with my husband doing a lot of things in the house. It was great since we made a lot in teh house. Today we made a little relaxing and went walking in the afternoon. It is a very cold weather outside. Not a lot of snow anymore since it is slowly melting. I guess you know already what day is today? It is the first Sunday of advent. Christmas is almost coming! Last week as I bought some medicine, the drugstore already gave me some calendars as Christmas present. I would have wish they will give me some promotional pens since I also collect different pens. I receive some pens from our bank last year.
