Unique Gift Ideas for Special Occassion

Hello folks! I can't imagine that we are already on the first day of the month called "golden" October. I guess you know what I mean when I say "golden". It is because, now is Autumn time and the trees around are turning into different colors. I am also quite excited because I know for sure that I will receive again some anniversary gifts from hubby. Time truly flies-by so fast. In around three weeks, we will be celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary. I still have the 5th anniversary gifts that hubby gave to me two years ago.

I am not really demanding like other wives out there. I am already contented with small things that hubby gave to me as long as it is coming from the heart. I always told him that I don't need anything because I can buy it myself. Of course, I will be happy too if I receive anniversary gifts from him. Probably this time, I would ask for a very simple present. I love cooking and I never use aprons. I always need it because I cook almost everyday. This time, I could ask hubby to buy me one or two. I found very nice ones online. What do you think with the red and black colors here? I love it! These are simply unique ideas for special occasion. I am happy too because I will be having my new notebook PC in a few days. Anyone who is looking for some 5th anniversary gifts out there? I guess you know where to go now.

Let's Go Shopping

Every weekend, we receive flyers and catalogues about different grocery products that are on special sale for the next week. I find this very good because I can write down grocery items that we need and are cheaper compared to its regular price. This is also one way of saving money when going for grocery shopping. Why I will buy expensive items when there are ones on sale.

Shopping tip for today; list all the grocery items you need for the week. When possible try to look on flyers if those items are on sale. For sure you will save some bucks.

Went Grocery Shopping Today

Hello folks! It seems that the sky outside is getting dark now. I guess rain is coming later. I am quite busy today. I am already starting for a general spring cleaning. The first one I finished was in the kitchen. After that I took my lunch and went grocery shopping. Hubby told me to buy him some working clothes. Sad to say, the right size for him are all gone. I ended up buying a porcelain doll which is 80 cm high for quite a cheaper price. I wish to take a picutre of it and show it here next time. I also bought a reading glasses for HB. I guess next time he need to buy cheap prescription glasses. He need to go first to his ophthalmologist for eye an check-up. I also spent some time working in our garden after I arrived from grocery shopping. It was quite a good day today even I am feeling a bit tired now. That's how busy I am all the time! How about you?

It's Time to Go Grocery Shopping!

It's another Monday! First of all I would like to greet all women out there for simply being a woman! Congratulations to all our achievements socially, economically and politically. Today is our day and whatever success we had done in our life, our family and for others, we have to celebrate it today and I hope everyday! Good luck to all of us!

Back to my main topic..I went grocery shopping today. The place where I always go shopping is around fifteen minutes drive from where we live. HB is happy now because I am already back from a long vacation in the Philippines. He don't need to spend extra time to go shopping especially after his work. I guess my title is very surprising. This morning as I was reading a monthly magazine from Schlecker, I found this offer; Free Smartbook netbook if you subscribe for two years contact for Samsung S5230 cellphone. It cost 14.95 Euros a month. I would probably take the offer if they will give away Acer Aspire netbook. Actually I am still thinking about it because I want to give the netbook to my sister in the Philippines. She is currently attending Nursing course in college. She is actually a second courser after graduating in IT last 2003. She told me that she needs a computer for her research and projects. I also have to check it before if my other sister in the US had already bought one for her. I give you an update next time. Have a lovely weekend to all!

Looking at Shopping Catalogue

Good morning! It seems that the outside weather right now is not so good. It is raining and the sky is quite gray. I was looking at a shopping catalogue while taking my tea time this morning. We are planning to change our bed and bedding and buy new ones. I believed I need a good allergy bedding because since I visited a doctor last month in the Philippines, he said that I am getting allergic to some things like dust and mites. I want to make an appointment with a dermatologist as soon as I can for me to have some test and check-up on allergy. My cough is also not getting better and wish to visit again our doctor this week. I am hoping that HB will also buy a new bed this year. There are just a lot of things that need to be changed in our house. Slowly by slowly from time to time, we are doing it.

Bought A Red Camping Guide for Germany

HB was laughing at me as he saw me taking a picture of the book I bought last weekend and put inside a red pail while carrying it. That is why the background is also red because I also bought a red pail. I am just getting ready for a camping escapade next year. The title of the book means Camping Guide for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and South Tirol. I wish to experience more travel next year when finances are available. I won't stay too long tonight. I have to wake up early tomorrow to attend a funeral ceremony of HB's relative. The place is around two hours drive from us. Condolence to HB's family and relatives.

I want to laugh if I see this picture! Imagine I met the hot girls in Las Vegas last year? I never see them in person when I was in the Philippines but I did in Vegas. Starting Over Again

I went shopping today. Me and a friend drove to Donaueinkaufszentrum, a mall in Regensburg. We should normally go out yesterday but due to some reasons, I just can't besides that I am also very busy. On the way to Regensburg, we have been talking about health matters. I also told her that I am always starting over again and again with my diet plan. We also talked about health matters like colon cleanse, back pains, headache, menstruation and a lot more. Until we did not noticed that we are almost in Regensburg. We did not find a lot of sale in the mall. I guess the summer sale is over and we are already too late. I am still trying to buy clothing for my balikbayan boxes. I will buy tomorrow what important things that I need more and hopefully on Friday I can already start packing my Balikbayan boxes. I guess 3 to 4 are enough. I will see how many I need. Time To Go Shopping!

It's Thursday now! I can't wait till the weekend comes because we will be going somewhere again for a short sightseeing trip. I just pray that we will be perfectly fit and healthy this weekend. I should be going for grocery shopping yesterday but due to some circumstances, I was not able to go. This morning during my tea time, I saw some very nice wall candle sconces in the advertisement. I am not so sure if I will be buying one for decoration. I already got some but I still not did not hang it. Just now, I also found very beautifully designed wall candle sconces online. I love this stuffs and all candle holders. I even have some porcelain and crystal candle holders. It's time for me to get ready for grocery shopping! I wish everyone a great day too!

I want some Fossil

I am back here! before I sign-off for tonight I just want to share this topic very quick. I visited a friend last night and we had a great evening doing some things. She was also happy I guess that I visited her. We cooked some food and I baked my favorite German food Scweinebraten. That was really yummy that I was able to eat some before I left home. She also told me that she went shopping and bought a lot of stuffs for her Balikbayan box to send back home. That was good for her and her family. I thought she also bought Fossil watches for his siblings but I was mistaken. She bought instead a very nice Fossil bag which I really like....I want some fossil!!...it was really beautiful!! About fossil watch, next time again, since I spent already some Euros today for two new cellphones! have a great evening!! bye bye for now!!

Buying Gadgets

I am feeling tired right now. I woke up so early today because I simply went to bed very late last night after visiting a friend. I also need to wake-up early because we have to go to Neumarkt to bring some papers in the Tax Office and my hubby also need to go the the Auto Repair Shop for his car check-up which is needed for its registration. After that we went to an electronic and appliance store because I saw some SD cards that are on sale. I bought three of them. I also bought two new cellphones which I want to give as presents to my father and brother back home. I finally see the laptop I have been wanting to buy. I use to watch it in internet because I am planning to buy one early this year. I got some money to buy for it but there are more important things that I have to buy first. I am so excited about it already!! have to slowly sign-off guys!! It's party time!!

What Women wants

I guess you already know what women wants all the time. I mean most women. First on the list I guess is shopping and traveling. I can't deny that I belong to the list. But I guess, I am getting wiser now with regards to shopping. Last Monday, I went alone in Nuremberg to see the famous Christmas market there. Nuremberg is one of the big cities here in Germany. Before going to the Christmas market, I went first to my favorite shops like H&M, C&A, Xanaka, Orsay, New Yorker and some other shops. I saw a lot of Christmas promotional products. Since there are products that are on sale, of course, I was buying some too. I got a nice dress for only 4.95 Euros. The original price was 34.95 Euros. Imagine a savings of almost 85%! That is already a great deal! What women wants especially shopping is sometimes great when you have great deals too!! Be a wise shopper girls!! It can be fun and you can save some bucks too!

Went Shopping Today!

It is weekend again. I went grocery shopping today because I don't want to get rush again next week. Shopping before New year is sometimes stressful especially when there are a lot of people inside the grocery stores. I also went to one of textile shop to change the pants which are too big for my husband. I bought three of those and only one fit him. I also saw a lot of items on sale..I always look of items on sale especially when I go for shopping of any kinds...from groceries to electronics, clothes, shoes and many more. guess what, I am still hoping that I can have my new laptop early next year. I saw different brands of laptops at Buy. I already visited their site some months ago and I was impress by their cheap items and products.. Christmas market in Neumarkt

We visited last Thursday the Christmas Market in Neumarkt. It is not really big compared to Nuremberg which is always visited by millions of people all over the world every year. I might planning to visit their this coming Monday. I guess it will end on the 24th so better go there because it is over. I also went a bit shopping with my husband. I got a great deal for a winter jacket. I just to wish you a happy holidays..and a more prosperous New year too!! enjoy your weekend guys!!

Save your Money by Saving Energy

Three years ago, we are paying around 220 euros for our monthly electric bill. That is around $290 every month. Last 2005, my husband built a small fireplace inside the house. All our heater in the house are run by electric. We are still using it now but seldom. Most heaters are already shut down especially in the first floor because we are already using our wooden fireplace which give enough warm . Last 2006 we were surprised because we had a savings of almost 1,500 euros which was returned to our account. We are very happy because now we are only paying 130 euros every month. Me and my husband still find some ways to save our power. I know some of our bulbs are energy saving ones. I am not sure if we are using led light bulbs because I just read that it save more power and energy compared to normal incandescent bulbs. Thanks to the info given by Green and More. Me and my husband are working hand-in-hand to save everything in the house. Saving energy also means saving our environment and your money too!! how about you?

Helping People While Shopping

I did shopped in England. I was surprised that you can see a lot of second hand stores or shops that sells different kinds of goods like clothings, books, dvd's, furniture, shoes and so many more. The best thing with these shops I went into is that through their sales they help poor people from different parts of the world by supporting some organizations. I bought some items at OXFam in Birmingham. I believed by shopping through their shops, we can also help other people in one way or another. This is also the aim of this site www.einegutesache.de. What A Tiring Day!!

How are you guys and all friends out there!! I slept so bad last night. I guess its because of some back pain again...What's happening to me if not Migraine, I am being attack by back pains...Autumn time is almost coming. Yesterday afternoon as I went walking with my husband, some leaves of the trees are already turning to yellow. Our wild grapes in our garden are even getting red now.. The weather is getting cold now..I keep on sneezing at the moment and I just felt so tired the whole day. I went a bit grocery shopping. I also went with a friend to Moebelhof, a furniture store that also sells home decors and accessories. I told myself, I won't go shopping anymore...but since I saw items on sale again...hmm.spent again some euros!! I guess it's not too bad since I really had a good deal!!

I hope that the sun will still shine in the next days...i guess it is recharging me when I always see sunshine..or only a sign that i miss home!!! I believed so!! have a great evening guys!! I hope that I can sleep better tonight!! tschuss!!

Upgrading MY PC

I have sometimes a problem with my computer. Sometimes it is just processing so slow even my local area connection speed is already 100 Mbps. I don't know exactly what is the problem..or maybe my computer is already old. It might also be that my computer memory is almost full. I don't know but my sister who is an IT specialist told me that my computer memory might be full which results to slow speed. She mentioned to buy memory for my computer. Buy are selling memory for computer. I will see if I can get one.. I guess $40.00 till $100.00 is not too bad compared to buying a new PC..What do you think?? see you tomorrow again!!
