Job Offer

How I wish I can work again! I received this message in my inbox last Monday about a certain job position.  Thy are looking for a  German Technical Customer Care - Hardware/Gadgets in  Enschede, Netherlands. That is quite a very far place from where I live. If I have to consider all the living expenses  like  apartment, transportation, cost of living  and the like, I guess the job salary offer is not worth it.

I rather do what I am doing right now. I am not really earning  a big money but it is enough to  book  the next travel I want if I find a cheap one.  If the area is only located near our place, I will probably  grab the job.  I believed my CV is still live in the JPGray's system.

This is how the letter was presented.

"Dear MR,

Apologies if this vacancy is not relevant to you. I'm looking urgently for German/English Technical Customer Service employees in area Enschede! Do you have a passion for hardware and gadgets? Are you able to speak and write fluent in German? Then this might be the job for you!! Interview times available for this thursday and friday, starting in May! The company offers a salary of EUR 8.50 per hour and are flexible in your schedule! If interested or if you know anyone, please send your CV sap to  XXX@jpgray.nl then I will contact you.

Kind regards, Rachelle"

I wish one of these  days, I can still find a better job nearby. If not, I will just stick to what I am doing.

It's Coffee Talk This Time

Have you seen any of the Nespresso commercials of George Clooney? I love watching these so called "What Else" advertisements on Nespresso. This is how the commercial goes,   Mr. Clooney  went inside the Nespresso shop. That time,  two lovely ladies where also sitting inside talking about coffee and espresso and describing it as dark, intense, balance, delicate, rich, very rich, smooth, mysterious, strong character,  deep and sensual and most of all delicious after taste. Sounds good indeed! George Clooney was listening to them during this commercial and later came closer to them and asked "Which one of that espresso? mine? I guess that is how he said it and probably he is thinking that the ladies are also describing about a certain man in their conversation. That was really a good one!

I just find the commercial romantic and quite interesting. I also love the music played entitled "the Boutique". I believed "What Else" is the first Nespresso commercial of George Clooney. Am I right folks? I know he still have other commercials from Nespresso and I always love watching it. Besides, I like George Clooney because I really find him attractive and so handsome. lolz! He is always welcome to join me during my coffee time. haha!

It is always good to talk things with family or friends over a cup of coffee. I guess it is time for me to buy one of the best espresso machines since the weather is getting better now. We can already sit outside our terrace while chitchatting with friends or family. Spring weather is finally here and sitting and relaxing outside while sipping a warm delicious coffee or espresso would be the best thing to do this time.

Since we are talking about coffee and espresso here, I would like to share some of my experiences about this topic. Let me start with it!

How I started to drink coffee and espresso? Since I live in Europe, I am fascinated with these coffee shops you  find everywhere even in  small towns  or huge cities. Everywhere I go from Rome to Paris, Prague, Amsterdam, Zagreb, Luxembourg, Berlin, Munich, Salzburg, Montenegro, Albania and anywhere else in Europe, coffee shops are like mushrooms you find everywhere. I always ended up going to one everytime I travel.

During my first visit in Zurich, Switzerland last December 2010, my head was pounding with pain due to migraine attack. I remembered what my friend told me to try espresso to get rid of the pain. I am honestly telling you guys, it worked. From that time, everytime my migraine attacks  me,  I ended up making a very strong coffee since I still don't have an espresso machine.

I guess it is a perfect  time to decide in  buying  one. This morning when I opened my email, I found a Nespresso machine which is on sale. You can avail of discounts from 70-100 Euros depending on the machine you want to buy. I believed this is already a big savings. I also found cheap Nespresso machines in this site, www.nespresso-us.com. Their stylish and compact Essenza is currently on sale. I have to ask hubby first before I buy this. I believed he will love it too because he is also a coffee-lover.

See you later folks. It's coffee break now!

Next Home Project is Renovating Our Kitchen

After I am done with my online tasks this afternoon and after packing my luggage for my next trip, I also want to start getting some of the stuffs that we don't need for our kitchen. Yes, we will be renovating our kitchen starting this month. We are thankful that the weather is getting better now so that hubby can start with the renovation. We already ordered our new kitchen and for sure, we also need some things when doing it. We also checked the hinges for our kitchen cabinets, ensuring that they are all of good quality.

Since it is a full kitchen renovation, it means that we will also change the flooring from wood to tiles. The old kitchen set will also be dismantled and the new one will be installed once everything are ready. I can't wait for it to be done before my "Big Day" this summer time. I am quite excited for our new kitchen soon!

Souvenirs from Vaduz, Liechtenstein

Vaduz is not really a big city  since Liechtenstein is also a small  country. Vaduz is the capital of the principality of Liechtenstein and the seat of the national parliament. I had a short sightseeing there last month. One of things I did was buying souvenirs. Since most of the souvenirs are expensive, I only ended up buying  some postcards, a shot glasses and fridge magnet.  Imagine a postcard cost 1.00 euro..huhu! That was really expensive.  I spend a total of 25.00 euros only for souvenirs.

I am happy that finally I visited Liechtenstein and its capital city.

Souvenirs from Vaduz during my trip last March 2013.
I guess  I only bought 3 postcards from this city. That was quite expensive. lol!

Luggage Is Done for a Trip to Ireland

Yes, you read it right! I am travelling again. I am finally done packing my luggage! This time I am heading to Ireland. This is the 4th country I am visiting this month. I am quite excited seeing for the first time.

Hubby said that I am like a bird who  always flies anytime  anywhere looking for a place to land. I told him, it is better that way than wasting money on vices like smoking and drinking alcohol.  Our  topic came to that because we know and observe  a lot of people who are just wasting their money on such vices.  Imagine if you smoke 1 to 2 packs a day. That is already around $12.00.  If you tally it in a month that  is already a big amount of money. Instead of doing such vices, I told hubby that it is better that I spend my money on trips.  I will not only  experience a lot of places but will also have the knowledge about the people, its culture, its history  and  the place itself.

It is a long day for me today.  I have to finish some offline jobs like doing the laundry, cooking, a bit cleaning, washing the dishes and more. I don't have much time blogging  and updating my blogs. Hopefully when I have the chance to go online anytime during the duration of my 7-days trip to Ireland, I will surely give you some updates.

For now, I am just quite tired and sleepy. Guide me Lord and give me a safe and sound trip to Ireland and back home.

Talk to you soon and have a lovely week ahead!

Good Investment for the Future

If you have a choice, what would you want to buy a new house or an expensive car? I know some people who put their investment on luxury cars? Is this really an investment? I guess not! If I have a choice, I will surely buy or built a new home than buying a luxury car, besides a car depreciates and a house especially the lot always appreciate.

Thus, I can say that buying or building a home is a true investment  rather than buying a luxury car. I am actually talking about annuity here. If you want to know more it, visit http://www.annuityadvantage.com for more information. A good example of annuity is monthly home mortgage payments, monthly insurance payments or a regular deposits to a savings account.Did you have any of this?

We actually made a choice and I believed I did made the best choice. I built a house back home when I was still working before. Now, I already see the fruit of our labor and the  our home is already fully paid. I believed it is a good annuity and the best investment we ever did, building a retirement home in my home country. That is why I am just driving an ordinary car not a luxurious one.

Did you already made the right choice of investing your money? I hope you did?

See You Soon Ireland!

I am a dreamer! Yes, I am! I always dream of travelling to many  places and yes, it  is slowly coming true. I dream of visiting Ireland long  time ago. Nineteen days more to go  and that dream of going to Ireland will be a reality.  To dream is one of the free things we can have in life. But if you work hard for your dream, they will surely come true. I already  dreamed for  more than  a thousand times and hundreds  of them already came true.

It will be a 7-day trip  to Ireland  next month. It is a group trip and quite an adventure for me because I am traveling alone with strange people. Flight, hotel, sightseeing tours and breakfast and dinner are included in that 7-day trip. Not that much because it only costs 499,00 Euros. Now I believed, "Travel is the only thing you buy that can make you rich". I  don't know who wrote  this quote but for now, this is one of  the  quotes  that will  inspire me  to travel more.....and more.

Travel images and experiences will be shared soon! Have a great day everyone!
