Our system is changing especially when we are aging. Sometimes, we already feel a lot of pains in our body. I am thankful that my backpain is not anymore attacking me but sometimes I experience pain in my left shoulder. That is also the reason why I am getting conscious about my health now. As much as possible, I am trying to eat more fruits and vegetables everyday. Unless when there is a party, I can't say no to delicious foods. I also realized the importance of having insurance especially health insurance. It depends on the coverage and company of your health insurance, sometimes the benefits varies. Shopping and Sightseeing in Würzburg

I would say, it was only a window shopping. Me and my friend from the United States had a sightseeing in Würzburg (Wuerzburg), a city in Bavaria, Germany. It was during her three weeks vacation in Europe last year. It was quite a nice trip we had in this city.

I forgot to mentioned that my friend had a very good deal of a yellow benetton umbrella. She bought it and bring it with her to the U.S.

How I wish I can buy Louis Vuitton or Gucci bag! Most women I know always wanted this. I have a story to share. This elderly woman said that if ever she died, she wants to be cremated so that her family won't anymore spend for grave and coffin for her. She also mentioned a wish. "Can you please put my ashes in a Louis Vuitton or Prada bag? At least, I also experience luxury in my life." What a touching story but I heard this true from her.

Hubby also gave me a nice leather ankle boots last Christmas. He said that he always wanted me to be happy and giving presents during special occasion is worth it. I was also happy with his gift. For me the most important thing is, it always comes from the heart of the giver.

Thrift shops, Garage Sales and Yard Sales

Three weeks ago, we went to a thrift shop in the nearby city. Me and some American friends were amazed by the stuffs they have inside. You can find a lot of things from office furniture to dining sets, garden sets, vitrines, living room sets, sideboards, rugs and mats and almost everything you need at home.

One of my friends found a very cheap complete bedroom set. Others bought computer chairs and tables, home decors and accessories. One of my friend even found two chest freezers that are still in good condition. She said, it was perfect because she need those appliances. Everyone was happy because they brought home something good, usable and are really very cheap.

You can only find cheap stuffs like these in garage sales, yard sales and thrift shops. That is also the reason why we will be coming back again this weekend to that second-hand shop.

As I came back from grocery shopping this afternoon, I found again this free weekly newspaper that is dropped in our mailbox. Here you can find lists of different things from realty to pets, restaurants, antiques, furniture, appliances and so many more. The section that I always love to watch are the antiques and second-hand furniture. Sometimes you are even lucky to find new furniture that are very cheap.

I always find cheap furniture at the local newspaper. We are receiving one daily because hubby is subscribing it. Bulletin boards posted on stores, restaurants are also very helpful in buying cheap furniture.

Furniture Stores

Of course, you can always find reasonable prices of furniture in these kind of stores. Always watch out for furniture that are on-sale. This is especially true when the season is changing. Most of the time when spring and summer is almost over, you can find garden sets that are discounted because the season is ending. They are also offering promotional items at discounted prices.

Lastly, I would say that sometimes, we need to take time in buying furniture especially when we are considering our budget. Through the help of internet, we can also browse online for cheap furniture.

What's Up

Good evening folks! It seems that I am always busy most of the time. Yes, I am! and truly very very busy. I had quite a scary experience some minutes ago. I guess scary is not really the adjective for it. I was just nervous after knowing that I can't already view one of my sites. I felt so uneasy because I thought, I already lost that site of mine. Good to know that after a thorough investigation, it is still available. It was a false alarm. I wish to share the whole story in my other blog tomorrow. I am quite tired and sleepy now after having a long day and night. Goodnight Europe!

Beautiful Day

We had such a beautiful day today. I am thankful about that. It seems that spring is truly coming soon. The weather was not so cold anymore and I hope that it will be friendlier the next days. There are a lot to do this coming spring and summer time. We will be building a two-car garage and a terrace. We might also fix our bathroom. That is also the reason why I always look for bathroom faucets and also for bathroom ideas everytime we visit the home design store. I can't complain for anything today. Saying Goodbye to Winter

Good morning Europe! Good day everyone! We are having sunshine again. I guess spring is fast approaching. I noticed yesterday, while looking on our garden, that the tulips are slowly growing. I hope we can finally say goodbye to winter. I don't need it right now. I can't wait to see the flowers in our garden again. I am quite excited to go gardening soon. Thanks God for the very nice weather today!
